This satisfaction policy contains the situations when a user can make a satisfaction guarantee claim.

This policy is subject to the Terms of use , privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy of the company.

Satisfaction Guarantee Claim

The user has a right to make a claim with the company at info@zaptax.in mentioning the services taken by the user and the grievance.

Upon the claim’s verification, if any genuine delay or grievance to the user is found, then the Company shall immediately take up corrective actions wherever possible or take suitable actions and in appropriate cases make a refund subject to the refund & cancellation policy .

Coverage under this Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

This policy only covers the situation where the delay or grievance is within the scope of service being provided to the user and is attributable to the operations of the Company.

This policy does not cover the situation where the delay is on account of any government department or statutory authority such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional of Partnerships, Trademark Office, Copyright Office, Income Tax Department, GST Department, Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of MSME and Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA).

This policy further does not cover the situation where the delay is on account of change in any law and procedures or the acts of third-party vendors, slow-downs, and downtimes of government websites.

This policy further does not cover the situation where the delay is on account of force majeure.

The company does not guarantee any specific desired results or outcomes of a process where any regulatory authority or external agency is involved.

In case a user has made any delay in the submission of documents and information required for delivering the services then the said such user cannot make any claim under this policy.
